The room was of a decent size and we like that we can adjust the temperature of the air con to a suitable temperature. I called the hotel guest service executive before the date of check-in and explained that I have a spine condition and requested for a hard mattress topper. The guest service executive, Jay, checked with the housekeeping team, and the housekeeping team provided a wooden board and put it on the mattress before I checked-in. They also put a layer of duvet on top of it. It was very hard. Initially, I could sleep well. But I woke up in the middle of the night as i felt pain in my sacrum at 4 am. It would be more comfortable if they put 2 more layers of duvet on top of the wooden board. However, I still like to applaud the guest service executive Jay and the housekeeping team for their provision of the wooden board and duvet. The shower was very comfortable, and we liked that there was a big table inside the room, which made it convenient to have our dinner and breakfast at the big table. I would also like to compliment Elisha, the guest service executive who personally brought up the metal chair from Dolcetto as I requested for a hard chair for my room as I was not able to sit on the armchair or sofa in the room due to my spine condition. This is the link to the chair that Elisha brought up. https://kipsu.co/aEjq We also like the ceramic kettle provided in the room for boiling water. This is such a thoughtful gesture. Other hotels that i had stayed in previously usually provided either plastic kettle for boiling water or just bottles of mineral water, which is not ideal. We also like the complimentary cookies and tea selection provided in the room.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, particularly from Ernest at the reception, whose kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. The room was stunning—spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it a true haven after a long day of exploring the city. The dining options were equally impressive. Breakfast was a feast of top-quality, delicious selections that catered to every taste. However, the highlight of my experience was at the Manhattan Bar, where I had the best cocktail of my life. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, and the bartenders were true artists. From start to finish, everything was flawless: top-notch cleanliness, outstanding facilities, and service that went above and beyond. I cannot recommend the Conrad Singapore enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Ernest, and the entire team, for a truly unforgettable stay!

Apart from the peculiar first response we got from the hotel that seems a little auto-generated and not very welcoming despite the fact that we had chosen to spend a very special moment in one of their expensive rooms. We were delighted that we were greeted by a small cake and some balloons. The room itself was lovely, a little dated and the showerhead of the bathroom was spoiled. The balcony not being sheltered is ridiculous honestly. But the service saved the day. Each and every staff in the lobby concierge was up top. Especially the elder Indian gentleman who took care of us with his heart and the Malay gentleman who checked us in. Everytime we walked through the hotel we were beyond delighted and felt welcomed at every corner. And especially at the lounge as well. Despite a lacklustre selection, the comfort and ambiance was saved by the Indian managers warmth and hospitality

Its prime location on Orchard Road offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring my stay was comfortable. A highlight was the delightful breakfast, featuring a great variety of exceptional dishes. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Rooms were generous size, Beds and sofa were very comfortable, and we slept like babies. Rooms were well serviced by staff and immaculty presented each day! location is 5 minute walk to the MRT, and 36 Bus runs outside the hotel which takes you down Orchard Road which was convenient for shopping! Staff were spectacular, we couldn't fault them. Anytime we asked for anything they were able to help in any way possible. Communication via whatapps and phone were sensational!
